Refund Policy

At Joshi Institute of Information Technology (JIIT), we value your trust and are committed to maintaining transparency regarding all payments. This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are handled for admissions, courses, franchise applications, and other services provided by JIIT.

1. Admission / Registration Fees

Admission, registration, and form fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. These charges cover administrative and processing costs.

2. Course Fee Refund

A) Before Course Commencement

  • 50% of the tuition fee may be refunded.
  • Admission/registration charges are non-refundable.

B) After Course Commencement

  • No refund will be provided once classes have started.
  • No pro-rated or partial refunds for students who discontinue.

3. Online Courses & Digital Materials

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Online courses
  • Digital study materials
  • Content already accessed or downloaded

4. Franchise / Center Fees

All payments related to franchise/center applications including registration, inspection, and documentation fees are strictly non-refundable.

5. Payment Gateway Charges

Bank charges, payment gateway fees, or transaction fees are non-refundable in all cases.

6. Duplicate Payments

If a duplicate payment is made, the extra amount will be refunded after verification within 7–10 working days.

7. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.

8. No-Refund Situations

  • Misconduct or violation of institute rules
  • Incomplete or false information during admission
  • Discontinuation for personal reasons
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.)
